Ah, Spring is just around the corner! Time to dust off your annual resolutions, and once again swear that you’re never, ever, going to let your body degenerate into wintertime sluggishness. So what’s it going to be? Running, walking, or biking? Here’s a family event with something for everyone, from competitive runners and mountain bikers to duffers who know the dog needs exercise, too.  Sponsored by the Iliff Commons Society and the Sunflower Striders.  Proceeds go to fund programs of the Marian Clinic, Topeka's health care safety net.
